Position
We are currently seeking a highly analytical and driven Quantitative Researcher to join our core strategy team. In this role, you’ll design, backtest, and optimize algorithmic trading systems that power our automated trading bot. You will work closely with engineers and product leads to ensure real-world performance matches theoretical models, and continuously enhance the bot’s decision-making logic.

- Research and design quantitative trading strategies using historical and real-time data.
- Develop robust backtesting systems and analyze strategy performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement and monitor strategies in production.
- Continuously refine algorithms to adapt to market behavior and risk conditions.
- Contribute to the evolution of our core trading framework.
Necessary Skills:
- Strong background in quantitative finance, mathematics, statistics, or related field.
- Proficiency with Python, pandas, NumPy, and trading libraries.
- Experience with backtesting platforms and real-time market data.
- Deep understanding of financial markets and trading mechanics.
- Critical thinking, curiosity, and strong problem-solving skills.
