We are looking for a proactive and user-obsessed Customer Success Manager (Trading Support) to join our team. You will be the frontline voice for our users, helping them onboard, troubleshoot, and maximize the value of their automated trading experience. This is a part-time, remote-friendly role ideal for someone with fintech or trading support experience.

- Guide users through onboarding, setup, and platform navigation.
- Provide responsive support for live trading and broker integration issues.
- Educate users on bot performance, safety settings, and dashboards.
- Relay user feedback to the product and engineering teams.
- Help build and maintain a positive, results-driven user community.
Necessary Skills:
- Strong communication skills and empathy for users at all skill levels.
- Experience with trading platforms (MT5/MT4) or fintech support roles.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain solutions clearly.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Passion for helping others succeed in trading and automation.
